Just like anything else, mail carriers are not 100% accurate. Please confirm the shipping address on your order is correct.

– Look for a “notice of attempted delivery” that is frequently left on your front door or mailbox and follow the directions on the notice.
– Look around the delivery location for your package (mailbox, porch, front door, back yard)
– See if someone else accepted the delivery (family members or neighbors)
– Sometimes packages may say delivered up to 1 business day before arrival.

Yes, we ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Orders shipped to these addresses will ship via USPS Mail service.

We currently ship orders with EMS Under normal circumstances, you do not need to sign for your package.
The delivery person will leave your package in your mailbox, on your doorstep, or with your building’s concierge.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to that order.

Once you place your order, we ensure the quality of clothes is top notch and we pack your order to be shipped from our warehouse. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Yes! Orders with an “unfulfilled” status are currently being picked, quality checked and prepared for shipment.
Once your order has shipped your order status will then change to “fulfilled.”

No, you can only use one discount code per order.
You are able to use a discount code and gift card on the same order.

Payments

All of the prices on our website are listed in USD.
Please keep in mind international orders have a currency exchange rate, which may raise or lower the total amount you are charged.

We currently accept only PayPal Payments. We will add additional payment options soon and will let you know as soon as this happens.
We do not accept personal or electronic checks, Bitcoin, money orders, or wire transfers at this time.

We process refunds daily. The refund will be issued to your PayPal account.

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder.
If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure the delays are minimal.

During the checkout process, you will see an order summary page that contains a space for a gift card or discount code.
Simply, input your code and hit “apply.” Your discount/credit will be applied to your order immediately.
Keep in mind, you can only use one discount code per order, but you can use a gift card and discount code on the same order.

Products

Keep in mind, we offer many different types of fabrics on our site and every fabric needs to be treated differently.

Most of our clothes range in size from XS-5XL. You can find a size chart in the product description portion of each product page.
If you don’t see your size in a particular page, don’t hesitate to contact us here to let us know! We appreciate your feedback.

If an item you want is currently unavailable, you can add your email address to the “back in stock” notification box on the product page. Once the item is back in stock, you will receive an email letting you know it is now available for purchase.
Because all of our products require different lead times, we cannot give you an exact date when something will be back in stock.

Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days.
If 15 days have gone since you got the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Product must be in the original packaging and we require a printed receipt that include your order ID (Order # 111111).
Please note:
*In order to receive a refund you must send us a tracking number. Products that are sent without a tracking number will not be refunded!*Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product.
*Products on sale cannot be refunded.

Please contact us before returning the product in order to get a return address.
In some cases, we may offer you other solutions without sending the product back

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): the product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, the product is returned (date of shipping back) more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, note that sale products cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please send us an email and we will be happy to help

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.
